Standard delivery (pan India): 5–7 working days.

Express delivery: 3–5 working days, on selected pincodes. Choose your speed above the Add to Cart button; the express surcharge is added at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 working day of confirmation and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Once shipped you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

Delivery timelines vary with your pincode — use the delivery checker below for an estimate for your address.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for colour, size or style preference.

A return or exchange is accepted only if the product you received is incorrect or damaged.

In that case an unboxing video is mandatory. It must be recorded within 24 hours of delivery, in one continuous take, showing the sealed parcel being opened. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

Partial COD: we offer partial Cash on Delivery. A part of the order value is paid online when you place the order and the balance is paid in cash when the parcel arrives.

The partial COD amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused, not accepted, or comes back to us for any reason at your end.

Prepaid orders returned to us: the refund is issued as store credit, not to the original payment method. ₹300 is deducted towards delivery charges and the balance is credited to your account.

Payments: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, through our secure payment gateway.
