Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns for Damaged Items Only

    • We only accept returns for products that are received in a damaged condition.

    • It is mandatory to record a video while unboxing the item. This video must be shared with us when applying for a return.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us via Whatsapp at +91 8700614127 and share the unboxing video.

  2. Non-Acceptance of Delivery

    • If a customer refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery, a delivery cost deduction of up to ₹100 will apply.

    • Please note: Part-payment of delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  3. Other Conditions

    • No returns or refunds will be processed without an unboxing video.

    • Products once accepted in good condition at the time of delivery are considered final sales and non-returnable.
