Returns for Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns for products that are received in a damaged condition.

It is mandatory to record a video while unboxing the item. This video must be shared with us when applying for a return.

Non-Acceptance of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery, a delivery cost deduction of up to ₹100 will apply.

Please note: Part-payment of delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

No returns or refunds will be processed without an unboxing video.
