We offer partial COD. A small part of the order value is paid online when you place the order, and the balance is paid in cash when the parcel arrives.

The partial COD amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused, not accepted, or returns to us for any reason at your end.

If a fully prepaid order is returned to us undelivered, the refund is issued as store credit, not to the original payment method. ₹300 is deducted towards delivery charges and the remaining amount is credited to your account.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or colour preference.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only when the product you received is incorrect or damaged. In that case an unboxing video is mandatory and must be recorded within 24 hours of delivery, in one continuous take, showing the sealed parcel being opened.

Bridal juda pieces, parandas, latkans and most of the Lux edit are handmade — hand-set stones, hand-knotted threadwork and hand-finished bases, so tiny variations between pieces are normal and not defects. Everyday essentials such as scrunchies, clutchers and clips are machine-made for consistency. Each product page tells you which.

Every piece is checked by hand before it is packed — stone setting, plating finish, clasp and grip strength, and how securely it sits through a long day. Pieces are packed in protective pouches so nothing rubs in transit.

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets, through our secure payment gateway. Partial COD is also available at checkout on eligible PIN codes. We never see or store your card details.

Keep pieces dry, store them flat or in the pouch they arrived in, and keep them away from perfume and hairspray so stones and plating stay bright. Handle beaded and threaded pieces gently.
